We offer you the chance to enjoy this 150 sq. meters property by the sea that sleeps up to 6 persons only for 95 euros per day!

It has a very large veranda overlooking a 500-sq.metres garden right next to the beach. From the veranda you can watch an amazing sunrise while having your breakfast. Cosy living room with new sofas and a brand new, fully equipped, spacious kitchen. You can choose wherever you want to eat or relax during the day from our big dining tables and sofas in the living room and the kitchen, the verandas or even our sunbeds at our amazing garden or our beach.

The house has two spacious bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined. The living room also has a large double sofa bed and a closet. A large (almost double-size) sofa bed is provided in the connected dining room/kitchen area. The brand new fully renovated bathroom with shower is also a plus.

The house is bright and cool in the summer and warm in the winter. You can have relaxing holidays in a house located right in the centre of the village.

If you’d rather enjoy a meal out: within two minutes walking distance you can find a couple of diners serving pizza, crepes and Greek souvlaki, quite a few fish-and-steak taverns, as well as a restaurant with more elaborate Greek cuisine right by the sea.

Nerantza is a quiet picturesque fishing village that has preserved its character. However you can also get a taste of Greek night life in the nearby village of Vrahati which is 30 minutes away by foot and only 10 minutes by car. There you can also find organised beach bars with sunbeds and many more taverns, as well as an open-air film theatre in the summer.

This is the place that the Greek world-famous composer, Mikis Theodorakis, chose for his holiday villa.

Nearby you can find the world-famous theatre of Epidavros, where plays by important Greek and international writers as well as ancient tragedies and comedies are still performed today!

Close to Corinth you can visit the city of Loutraki with its casino and healing spa centre.

We will be available for anything you might need, 24 hours a day! We can provide any information and help you rent a car at the best prices available. There is regular train service from the airport, but if you prefer we can arrange transportation.

Only 5 km away you can visit the city of Kiato with its picturesque port where you can find fishing boats and buy fresh fish right on the spot, just as they are pulled from the nets!

If you want to avoid driving for some days Nerantza has mini markets, a pharmacy, places to eat and have a drink and of course amazing beaches for swimming and sunbathing. Sport Facilities nearby: Fishing, Climbing, Biking, Mountenbiking, Horse riding, Swimming, Skiing (Winter Ski Resort 1 hour and 30 minutes away at the mountain of Helmos at Kalavryta village), wake-boarding, water-skiing surfing, sailing, diving, tennis, volleyball, basketball, hiking, squash.

There are many places of interest in the area directly around the villa: the ancient town of Corinth, the fortress of Ancient Corinth (Acrocorinthos), the Corinthian canal, the spa and casino of Loutraki. Day excursions can be made to Epidavros, Olympia, Delphi, Mycenae, Nafplio and Athens. You can enjoy relaxing family holidays and let your kids play safely in our spacious garden right by the safe and shallow crystal clear sea that has also been awarded a “Blue Flag” (indicating that the sea is clean and safe to swim).

At night you can all together visit the town of Kiato with its beach bars, coffee places, taverns and night life. Distance to Athens airport 120 km Distance to railway station of Zevgolatio (right after Korinthos) – 7 km Distance to Motorway – 10 km Distance to Super Market – 50 metres. Various beach toys and a canoe are provided free of charge, and the use of a motorboat can be arranged. The village shops are open 7 days a week. A supermarket, a butcher’s shop, cafes and taverns are all within easy reach by foot.
